Self-Referral

​

You do not need a referral to book an appointment with any of our practitioners. We welcome individuals who are ready to engage with their wellbeing and take the next step in their growth.

GP or Psychiatrist Referral (Mental Health Care Plan)

​

If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP or a referral from a psychiatrist, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates on eligible psychology and GP services-up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year.

Once you receive your MHCP or referral, simply call or email us before your appointment so we can process your Medicare rebate in advance.

Other Allied Health or Service Referrals 

​

We accept referrals from:

• Other psychologists, psychotherapists, and counsellors

• Naturopaths, GPs, or integrative medical practitioners

• Physiotherapists or massage therapists coordinating care

• Acupuncturists and Chinese medicine practitioners

• Schools, case managers, or private health providers

​

If you’re referring a client to complement their care, we’ll collaborate respectfully and ensure continuity aligned with their wellness goals.

Assessments

​

We also offer psychological assessments for:

• Diagnostic clarification (e.g. ADHD, mood, personality)

• Educational or cognitive profiling

• Therapeutic insight and treatment planning

​

Referrals can be made by GPs, schools, or other health professionals, or clients can self-refer for assessments.

What To Include in Your Referral (Psychological Services)

​

For eligible Medicare referrals to our psychology team, please ensure:

• Client’s name, DOB, and contact details

• Diagnosis or presenting concerns

• MBS item number (MHCP) and number of sessions

• Date of referral and referring practitioner's details

​

All other referrals (e.g. massage, naturopathy, counselling) may simply include basic information and care goals.

• Confirm when a client has booked

• Provide brief updates or care summaries (psychology only)

• Coordinate care with your team where appropriate
