Immune System & Gut Health Workshop

Join naturopath Lea Murphy, for a free workshop and Q&A on the immune system and gut health. Lea specialises in women’s health and loves helping people find a more natural, integrated approach to feeling their best. She will share natural “first aid” support for viral and bacterial conditions, colds and flu, sore throats, sinus infections, digestion and inflammation, and skin concerns.

This relaxed session is designed to give you practical, natural remedies to support your gut and immune health, with plenty of time for your questions, and everyone who comes along can go in the draw to win a Naturopathic Immune Gift Pack.

Thursday 29th October at 6:00pm – 7:00pm

FULL MOON MATCHA SWIM (3)_edited.png
Full Moon Matcha Swim

Join us for Oceanic Wellbeing’s first Full Moon Matcha Swim at Coogee Beach.

We’ll meet by the ocean for a relaxed dip, followed by a cuppa together, matcha or whatever you love. You don’t need to be a swimmer!

Wade in, have a quick dip, or simply come along and enjoy the morning with us.

Benefits of an early morning dip are: feeling more awake and energised, supports mood and mental wellbeing, encourages a sense of calm and presence, connects with nature, your body and your community. Just bring yourself, something warm for afterwards and your favourite morning drink. Come for a dip, stay for a cuppa.

(Please swim within your own ability and comfort level. Participation in the water is completely optional.)

8 AM weekends and 7 AM weekdays on Full Moon Eve
